He has a bit of an enlarged ego to assume that just because he writes his music on the piano, everyone else should also go back to basics. Perhaps he should purchase a mobile phone and an iPod and bring himself up to 2007 where technology is allowing people who would not otherwise have the opportunity, to create music and 'art' as meritorious as his own. Maybe we should burn all pianos and cease instrumental production for 5 years also to see what music results then. What an ignoramus Sir Elton is!
